Ms Burton is a great example of someone who has had to start over with nothing more than once. Now she helps others who were in the same position as she was. She's a hero!

Very honest, hard look at the struggles that lay ahead for women who serve time in prison. Tough to read this book because of all the minute tragedies and sadness that lead up to the arrest and the heartbreak and numbness that come afterward.

Something is really wrong in society for us not to to take a better look at a problem where victims are created by a society that looks the other way and then punishes as result.
