Add a CommentFabulous cookbook. I have a hundred cookbooks and this is the only one that has healthy recipes I can use without making drastic modifications. Highly recommended.
My new favorite cook book!
.
First off -- I LOVE that all of the recipes are low in sodium and I don't have to wonder if they will still taste good if I cut out the salt when I try them.
.
Every single recipe in this book (and there are a LOT of them -- this is a fairly thick recipe book) is accompanied by the most gorgeous full color pictures -- so it makes them really enticing to try.
.
These recipes (so far as I can tell...) none of them seem to require oil -- another great thing.
.
Almost all the recipes are naturally gluten-free...YAY!
.
Most of the recipes emphasize Dr. Greger's, "Daily Dozen" his listing of the foods we should aim to eat every day...like nuts and seeds, spices, berries etc.
.
I love this book so much -- I ended up getting my own copy
