I honestly didn't think I was going to enjoy this movie as much as I did!

I really liked this movie. The soundtrack helps move the film in a way like Guardians of the Galaxy, Volume 1.

Pretty lame action flic from Edgar Wright- he should stick to making movies with Simon Pegg. The movie is all flash and no substance- kind of like if you ate cotton candy for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Proof Edgar Wright should not write, at least not without Simon Pegg or another collaborator, but overall well worth your time. The story is the old chestnut about a robber, on the straight and narrow with the help of a good woman, who's pulled back in for one last job. (If you think it sounds like Drive, yes, that's one of its inspirations.) There are some startling variations in quality and tone; Baby Driver needed one more draft to hang together. However, the driving and action segments are superb, and are matched with a daring selection of pop, rock, blues and soul music. Ansel Elgort is sweet and talented, both as an actor and as a singer and dancer. Although there is some humour, this is not a comedy. And it is also not for children.

Ugh- this was terrible. If you enjoy watching a movie length music video, with no character depth and a constant barrage of visuals assaulting you every two seconds then this is the movie for you.

Was a slight let down after all the hype. Action/Driving scenes were great. Ending was a awkward. Seem to be a movie that was a mismatch of other movies, never quite comin together. Music soundtrack was great.

Great Motown-heavy soundtrack, cool car chases, and a totally unique synchronisation of music and action. Pretty basic story but very enjoyable.

Great! Not a dull moment and a very engaging actor who plays the baby driver.

I don't remember the last time I sat down and watched a movie as enjoyable as "Baby Driver." Yes, it is little more than an action flick. However, it is a razor sharp action flick that boasts a great performance by star Ansel Elgort. Director Edgar Wright went to painstaking detail to choreograph this movie around the soundtrack. The characters move, shoot, and drive in perfect rhythm with the movie's eclectic soundtrack. While some scenes push the envelope as far as violence goes, I would recommend "Baby Driver" to any viewer looking for a smart action movie.

IMDb has many choice quotes already but not these two yet as of today:
Your name's baby? B-a-b-y, baby?
Well, then, you have us all beat. Every damn song is about you. We could drive back and forth across the states forever and never run out of "baby" songs. We might run out of gas, though.
It's Debbie. Debora.
-Oh, like the song. The Beck one? Yeah.
Well, except I'm d-e-b-o-r-a, and I think that's just d-e-b-r-a. I don't know that one.
-Oh, it goes, um... Jenny? The song's about him wanting to get with Jenny
and her sister, too, whose name is Debra.
So it's not even really about me. It's about the sister. My sister's name is Mary.
She has got all the songs. "Mary, Mary, where you goin' to?" "Proud Mary keep on burnin'." "The wind cries Mary." She's got me beat. Again. She's got endless songs. I got one.
-No, you got two.
What's the other one?
-Debora, the song I'm talking about.
Who by?
