All Eyes on Me is an excellent docudrama portraying the life of rap singer/writer/performer Toupac. Toupac was shot to death in 1996. The gunman was never found or identified. Sam Shiff Junior who played Toupac looked a lot like him & captured the spirit of Toupac. Toupac was a hot head & not likable & very self obsorbed. The ultimate vacation for Toupac was an ego trip. Thus, some of the bad reviews. I am a senior citizen, white, female and not from the hip hop/rap generation at all. However, I put on closed captioning & read the words to Toupacs songs. His lyrics are very clever and well written. I was entertained.

Hip-hop was never my thing, but I have heard of Tupac. Seeing the man, his arts and his life umfold on screen was entertaining. Glad I watched the movie.

This movie is pretty bad. Editing is bad, the flow is bad, just an exploitation film.

Excellent movie based on the iconic rapper, poet, actor, and activist! Great to see where he came from and how his parents and their circumstances shaped the man he became. His God given gift was what shaped him to who he was meant to be.

I laughed and I laughed, and then I was bored.

Excellent movie!! Tupac's mother and father really shaped the man he was. He was a product of his environment but he was also someone struggling with the pride and hope he had in his generation. The fact that Brenda Has a Baby and I Get Around was released within the same year demonstrates the struggle. RIP Tupac.
