I wanted to like this Children's non-fiction book, which attempted to create a "comic book superhero" tone, however, the addition of various "Daring Dudes" were unnecessary and took away from what the book was supposed to celebrate - the achievements of women and girls. Also, the animal section seemed misplaced, and would have better-fitted a book that focused on amazing animals (both female and male). Only useful if you're interested in learning a tiny bit about different women, both historical and modern.
