Fantastic. Delicious recipes, and so healthy. Some really good tips and ideas about healthy lifestyle as well.

I own this book and it's one of my most common go-to books. There are a lot of yummy recipes in it, from "mango fire and ice" frozen desert to a pear-walnut-raspberry salad. One word of warning is that a lot of these recipes use soy, avocados and bananas, so if you're trying to avoid those foods you'll have to pick through the recipes a bit.

I really liked this book so much I may buy it! I appreciated the basic background approach given for blending and the "how to" build your blended drink. All the information about healthy foods was good. The recipes had options and were very flexible. Even the "tastes like ice-cream kale " was good. "Apple pie in a glass" was OK. EXCELLENT BOOK.
