Everything you need to know to perform usability testing on websites (or other stuff) in a VERY easy to read format. This is just as good as a lot of expensive courses out there on the topic.

A must-read for those about to embark on a web design project. In a language that is accessible to everyone, Steve Krug shines a light on some of the most common problems in web design and offers easy solutions to correct them. The only drawback is that some websites used in the examples have changed their sites. This doesn't negate the points being made, but perhaps another edition would keep the examples current.

Steve Krug's expansion/sequel to his Usability work "Don't Make Me Think!" does not disappoint. It's informative, approachable, simple, funny and short!
