Maybe it was just me, but I had a hard time getting into this one. Certainly a different concept.

I opened this book three times and read approximately 100 pages. Once I open a book I read cover to cover whether I like it or not but this book just wasn't worth the effort.

A great premise that keeps the reader on edge. I couldn't stop reading and found it addictive. Can't wait to watch the movie.

Very interesting premise, but I just couldn't bring myself to finish it.
Also, the author had such a pretentious way of say everything, which just really irritated me!

Travelling back in time. It's as old as the start of human story telling. Cosmologists still have scientific fun theorizing about this, and generally it is recognized that it is not possible, although not universally accepted, but alluring nonetheless. And, I am sure that it fluctuates whenever they meet and the drinks become aplenty. Unlike other backward time travelling stories, this one works in stages. The hero has a unique opportunity thrust to him by a stranger, that is beguiling and unbelievable, during a break while being roasted in an intimidating police interrogation. He can re-live the last 12 hours, from the most recent to the earliest, in one hour stages, to prevent his wife from being murdered, and framed for it. But, it comes with conditions, and as he does this, he learns his limitations while wasting that particular hour, but he gets smarter as he gets younger! He also uncovers that his actions cause other events to change in the past.
The plot is thick with intrigue, the twists are untangled in each chapter (which start at 13 and work backwards), only to be entangled again, with a new clue and a new twist, but it all fits perfectly and deftly. The events are very plausible, well-crafted, well-written, and do not be surprised if you want to read this in one sitting (without wanting to personally travel back in time to recover those hours!!).
