I love this movie because it doesn't matter how many times you watch it you will love it all the same. And for those that have watched Merlin; you will recognize the dragon. The magic is so refreshing and brings a glow of imagination to your life.

I like this movie because it has Harry Potter characters, We got R.J Lupin and Lucius Malfoy actors in this movie, ironic though. In this movie the dragon is named Draco, yet there's the actor who plays Malfoy, it's sorta funny

"I am the last one!"
A generally silly, but entertaining swords and dragons movie that suffers from miscasting. Like Kevin Costner in "Robin Hood," Dennis Quaid is totally unbelievable in a medieval context and his terrible hair doesn't help anything. Nearly equally bad is David Thewlis as a callow king. The dragon is cool looking and voiced by Sean Connery, but hard to take seriously when he begins talking. Julie Christie, Pete Postlethwaite and Jason Issacs (who would later be in the Harry Potter films with Thewlis) co-star. Directed by Rob "Fast and Furious" Cohen. You might also like "Legend," "Willow," "Dragonslayer" and "Merlin."
